Bonbone Pro hard 027 lower back support Review

3日前ぎっくり腰になりました。

I got a ... I thought you guys call this a slipped disc, i googled and it wasnt.

Not pinched nerve, hey got it!

its called acute low back pain...

Its accurate, yet so boring.

In German its called Hexenschuss.

Not sure but I think It means Witch shot.

Yeah thats the word!

So i got a witchshot 3days ago.





神様に、前十時靱帯断裂＋半月版損傷だけでは十分じゃないと判断されたみたいです。

It seems my god or what ever decided, teared ACL + dameged MM wasnt enough for me.



膝の回復が順調でない事を考慮し、もう少し優しくしてもバチは当たらないと思います。

FYI, my knee is getting worse. So could you be a bit nicer to me?



ぎっくり腰時は何でも大変ですが、特に大変なのは床に落としたモノを拾う時。

When you got a witchshot, every thing is so hard. especially pick something up off the floor.

持っている腰のサポーターの内3つを一遍につけてみましたが足りないので、腰のサポーターを注文しました。

I wore 3 back supporter(does back supporter make sence?) @ once from my supporter collection, and didnt work as i hoped, So i ordered a new lower back supporter.
